Geo-Location Information
BuildGravity does not collect real-time location data from your device. If this practice changes in the future, we will request your explicit permission before collecting such information.
Billing Information
When purchasing services from BuildGravity, we may collect billing name, address, and payment details (Billing Information). Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment processors such as Stripe. BuildGravity does not store complete credit card numbers on our servers. Marketing and Publicity

Partner Referrals

- Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Changes in Ownership
If BuildGravity merges with another company, is acquired, or transfers assets, user information may be transferred to the successor entity.
